Arsenal : Philippe Senderos au Milanc AC

L'international suisse Philippe Senderos s'est engagé en Italie avec le club du Milan AC

Le site de la "Gazzetta dello Sport" a annocé que Philippe Senderos avait trouvé un accord avec le Milan AC. Le contrat fait état d'un prêt d'une année avec une option d'achat. Le montant de la transaction devrait se monter à 16,2 millions de francs selon l'offre fixe faite par le club lombard il y a quelques jours.

Ce transfert fait de l'international de 23 ans le joueur suisse le plus cher de l'histoire, loin devant les 12,7 mio que Lyon avait payé àGrasshopper pour Patrick Müller en 2000, les 11,8 mio de Naples pour David Sesa (Lecce) la même année, les 10,5 mio déboursés par West Ham cet été pour Valon Behrami, les 9,6 mio reçus par le FC Sion pour Gelson Fernandes ou encore les quelque 6 mio (!) de Dortmund pour l'achat d'Alexander Frei à Rennes.

Senderos avait rejoint Arsenal en 2003 après avoir fait ses armes à Servette. Il a évolué à 72 reprises sous le maillots des Gunners pour 4 buts. Sélectionné en équipe nationale dès 2005, le Genevois compte à ce jour 31 sélections pour 3 buts.
