One I gather from the above article - Public Offer for Stocks greatly acheived is a little bit ridiculous moreso to the minds that have been trained in monetary issues. Only little minds can be fouled about the above claim of having placed 200Billion Francs CFA in two weeks by the Douala Stock Exchange -DSX . Instead I perceive this claim to be falsehood and if this were the case then one would rightly say this is money Laundrying and the greates hoax in the financial world. Now money that has been stolen from the poor and ignorant Cameroonians is being laundered in another form. I see the hands of the French in this laughable attempt. I have watched over the years French machinationsin the financial realm of french Africa through their bogus Companies spread across Africa in the financial sector. Be it in Travelers Checks, Money wires, and so on. I hope some transparency is owed to the knowledgeable public, versed in monetary issues how this amount of public offering was attained in two Weeks. Let the so called Investors beware because this smells like a Bubble.
