How could U say The Game aint selling while his second album went plat and his last gold? The Game has all the rights to attack Jay, Jay is soft anyway; since Ether, no more rap battles.He might think he's too good, but he's the 1st to start with subliminal. He proclaims everyday he's the MJ of recording.If he's, he should accept challenges, even from B-list rapper who has a baggage in beef.

Loso's Way is a good album.I may give 4/5.It's def his best album.Lullaby is the song of the year.He blacked out in that song.The movie with the CD is also great.

For Wayne, the kid got talent even when he didnt write his rhymes.It is not all about lyrics sometimes, add delivery, mic presence. 2Pac wasnt the best lyricist, same as Biggie, but they have incredible mic presence, crazy flow, amazing delivery.

Check Happy Birthday 4-30-09, play it and tell me if Banks aint nice.It's still the best mixtape of the year.

Apres plusieurs essais ds differents labels, il a enfin l'occasion de s'exprimer en posant sur Touch the Sky de Kanye West, un autre representant de Chicago en 2005.

En 2006, Lupe se prepare a sortir son premier album, Food and Liquor, mais l'album se retrouve plusieurs semaines a l'avance en ligne.Son label lui demande de refaire l'album a zero, ce que fait Lupe.Jay-Z, president de Def Jam, s'engage a etre le producteur executif de l'album.Le 19 Septembre 2006 voit enfin le jour, avec comme singles "Kick, Push", "I gotcha", "Daydreaming" avec Jill Scott, avec sur les boards Kanye west, The Neptunes, etc.. L'album recoit certes un modeste accueil au niveau des ventes, mais une immense reception de la part des fans du lyricism, etablissant Lupe comme le futur du hip hop et parmi les meilleurs de sa generation.

En fin 2007, Lupe revient avec The Cool avec comme singles "Dumb it down", "Superstar", "Paris, Tokyo".L'album connait un meilleur succes que le 1er avec le statut de Gold (500,000 albums juste aux USA).L'album se distingue des autres albums avec l'absence de samples, chose rare ds le hip hop.

Lupe aujourd'hui est considere comme l'un des meilleurs lyricists.Sa facon d'ecrire et son flow unique font de lui une valeur sure ds le hip hop d'aujourd'hui.Son style est considere critique par certains a cause de l'absence de drogue, gangbang, frime, filles, etc.. qui illustrent le hip hop contemporain.

En 2008, Lupe a declare qu'il sortirait son dernier album cette annee, Lasers, ensuite il prendrait sa retraite.
